1. what are earkandi?

earkandi are 3d-printed accessories for your loop earplugs — you can think of earkandi like what a certain accessory that rhymes with ribbits are to crocs, we are to loops :) plus, you can mix and match for any occasion!

we are currently compatible with engage/engage 2 and experience/experience 2.

2. what material are earkandi made from?

earkandi are 3d-printed in-house using plastic and may have small textural variations, but we promise they will all look amazing in your ear ✨ 

3. how do i insert and remove the earkandi into the loop earplug?

hold one loop earplug in one hand and the earkandi in your other hand so that the earkandi stem is flush against the loop hole, and then you can twist or pop it into/out of place. we recommend doing a mix of a "twist and push" motion.

4. are earkandi heavy?

nope! earkandi are super lightweight yet robust. they are designed to be swapped in and out many times!

5. how do i charge the glow earkandi?

you can use any strong light source to charge your glow earkandi. we recommend charging them for at least 20 minutes in direct sunlight, or if you have access to a uv light or blacklight, 5-10 minutes is enough. longer light exposure = stronger glow. indoor lights/flashlights work too, but they need more time and emit a weaker glow. if you are under blacklight, they will glow even if not charged! pro tip: if you're at a rave, find a uv light for a quick recharge ;)

6. where and how quickly do you ship?

at this time, we only ship within the 48 continental states in the usa. orders are fulfilled within 3 business days, and if there happen to be delays, we will be sure to let you know.

7. what is the return and refund process?
